Salary: PLN 31,900 - 36,250 / monthly
Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration used by millions of teams worldwide. The Product team builds features end-to-end, from designing data models to implementing interaction behaviors that differentiate great software. The Functional Integrations team within the Platform Area owns integrating Asana with function-specific tools (Operations, Marketing, IT) to help experts share and communicate their work across the company.
You will join as a full-stack engineer contributing to product development from conception through post-launch. Your responsibilities include:
• Build and own a broad swath of the product: compelling user interfaces and efficient, flexible, scalable back-end processing logic
• Participate in every step of product development with an open, curious team, working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, and data scientists
• Develop clean, maintainable code and continuously improve the codebase
• Grow and develop through opportunities to stretch and learn
• Be an early employee in Asana's growing Warsaw office, contributing to a balanced, inclusive culture
This role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday flexibility depending on work type.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of full-stack experience working in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products (integration development preferred)
• Professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (React and Node.js) or Scala
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners and cross-timezone teams
• Sound autonomous judgment balancing speed with quality and maintainability
• Passionate about creating superlative user experience and attentive to details
• Care deeply about helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them
