You'll join as a Senior Software Engineer working directly with finance, operations, and investment teams to build software powering investor reporting, fund operations, portfolio management, and internal business workflows. A significant focus is transforming spreadsheet-based processes and manual workflows into scalable applications and automated systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing applications
- Develop systems automating financial, operational, and reporting workflows
- Transform spreadsheet-based business processes into scalable software solutions
- Build and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems
- Develop APIs and services supporting critical business operations
- Partner directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience developing applications using Javascript/Node.js, Python, or both
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
