As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core member of a strong development team, owning the design and development of customer-facing components and projects spanning frontend, backend, and databases. You will receive end-to-end ownership of product features from ideation through deployment, working closely with Product and UX teams to translate vision into reality. You'll have autonomy, freedom, and influence to design solutions and make technical decisions in a role critical to the company's growth.
Key responsibilities include developing customer-facing products, enhancing medical workflows, integrating AI solutions, and scaling both technical infrastructure and product offerings. You'll work on high-scale projects involving large data volumes, high request throughput, and complex event-based architectures.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience building complex systems; deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, optimization, complexity analysis); proven ability to build production services end-to-end (architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring); experience with high-scale distributed systems; and strong ownership mentality with independent learning capability.
Advantaged skills include AWS/cloud infrastructure, serverless ecosystems (Lambda), PostgreSQL, frontend development, Docker/Terraform, and a CS degree. The role is hybrid, based at Aidoc's Tel Aviv office with flexible working arrangements.
