The Application Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on core product development and future initiatives. You'll partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build end-to-end features across web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on delivering solutions for MedTech sales teams—VPs, marketers, sales ops, and sales reps—enabling them to define markets and identify high-potential opportunities.
Key responsibilities include collaborating across functions (customers, engineers, PMs, designers) to shape solutions; developing key features and workflows that impact patient outcomes; using data insights to identify enhancements and performance improvements; influencing team culture and processes; exploring and adopting new tools and technologies; and mentoring junior engineers. You'll work with a modern tech stack including JavaScript, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, and SQL, with a strong emphasis on agentic AI development practices (Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
