Delinea is an identity security platform that discovers and governs human and machine identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure. In this role, you will build integrations that extend Delinea's discovery, identity, and governance capabilities onto third-party AI platforms where the company cannot sit directly in the request path.
You will extend Delinea's existing Microsoft ecosystem integrations to new platforms, starting with Salesforce Agentforce and expanding to AWS and Google Cloud. Your work will involve retrieving native identity signals from each platform (such as Salesforce and Microsoft Entra), passing them to Delinea's identity layer, and governing agents through provider APIs and attestation mechanisms—similar to how a cloud access security broker (CASB) governs SaaS applications.
Key responsibilities include: building platform-specific integrations using connector and adapter patterns; implementing OAuth and token exchange flows; ingesting identity and event data via webhooks; contributing improvements to the shared discovery platform; and reusing shared identity and policy building blocks across integrations rather than building separate solutions for each platform.
You will report directly to the Director of Engineering, Securing AI, and work on complex integration problems with limited direction. The ideal candidate has 8+ years building production backend systems with significant third-party API integration experience, hands-on knowledge of connector/adapter patterns and OAuth flows, and familiarity with at least one major AI or cloud platform ecosystem (Microsoft, AWS, or Salesforce). Strong backend language skills (C#, Go, Java, or Python) are required. Experience with SaaS integrations, security products (CASB, SSPM), AI agent platforms, or identity/security backgrounds are highly valued.
