Payoneer is a global financial platform founded in 2005 that simplifies cross-border business operations. You will own the complete engineering lifecycle for high-impact initiatives: problem definition, solution design, architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production support. This is a full-ownership role where you drive solutions end-to-end without relying on handed-down specifications.
AI-assisted development is central to how you work. You'll use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and similar platforms daily and critically to maximize software delivery quality and speed—accomplishing in days what previously took teams weeks.
You will report to a Domain Architect and collaborate closely with senior engineering, product, and business leaders on AI initiatives and other strategic challenges. The role is based in Herzliya (with Ramat Hasharon also mentioned as a location option) on a hybrid basis, full-time.
