The Agency Enablement team is a fast-moving, innovation-driven group dedicated to building strategic partnerships with agencies. Working at the intersection of product, technology, and business, the team develops tailored tools and solutions that empower agencies to maximize collaboration value. The team operates with a startup mindset, constantly experimenting and challenging the status quo.
As a Senior Software Engineer on this team, you will collaborate across product, engineering, and business to develop complex services. You'll design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously, working with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, and UI/UX team to frame and execute projects. You'll gain deep business understanding to provide relevant client solutions, act as a work facilitator to improve communication, and stay current on emerging technologies and architectures.
You bring solid programming abilities with a testing-first mindset and strong architectural thinking. You have a solid background in front-end and API development with their design patterns. You communicate well, collaborate effectively, and have shipped multiple projects with production knowledge (release, observability, troubleshooting). You're a strong problem-solver with experience managing complex systems.
The tech stack includes React and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js, Scala, and Go on the back end, MySQL and BigQuery for data, and AWS and GCP for infrastructure. Teads operates in a high-traffic, low-latency environment with complex real-time auction resolution (18 million predictions per second) and large dataset management.
