Delinea is an identity security platform company that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. The Platform Enablement team designs and operates foundational platform capabilities—including microservices, APIs, messaging, and deployment infrastructure—that enable other engineering teams to build on top of a secure, scalable foundation. In this role, you will primarily own the App Registration service, which allows platform services to connect securely to cloud providers. You'll also contribute to a broader suite of platform services including webhooks, SIEM integration, user preferences, and tenant experience tools. The team prioritizes self-service supportability, ensuring the entire platform can be managed and debugged by end users and internal teams without constant escalation. You will build and operate highly available backend services in C# and .NET on Azure and Kubernetes. Key responsibilities include designing event-driven, asynchronous microservice architectures; implementing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform; setting up CI/CD pipelines; monitoring production systems; and responding to incidents. You'll collaborate closely with product, UX, and peer platform teams, participate in code and design reviews, and leverage AI coding agents in your daily workflow. The role reports to the Director of Engineering, Platform Intelligence, and is suited for a strong individual contributor who can take end-to-end ownership of complex systems, diagnose cross-service issues using telemetry tools like Datadog, and mentor teammates in a collaborative environment. You'll work with technologies including C#, .NET, Azure, Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, ADX, Angular, TypeScript, Go, Python, Terraform, and modern AI frameworks like the Model Context Protocol.
