Zscaler is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join the Enterprise Security team as a remote role reporting to the Global SOC Manager. You will serve as a key guardian of the company's infrastructure, monitoring, detecting, and analyzing security incidents to protect digital assets and maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Detect and analyze security incidents using multiple security tools
- Respond to security incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to determine scope and impact of potential threats
- Perform phishing incident analysis

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Centre
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Familiarity with security technologies including SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewall, and antivirus tools (e.g., Chronicle, Crowdstrike Falcon)
- Familiarity with computer networks, various operating systems, and endpoint fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging AI-driven anomaly detection tools, LLM-assisted threat hunting, or managing security risks associated with AI/ML infrastructure deployments
- Scripting or programming experience in Python, PowerShell, C, C#, or Java
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM
