Graphcore, a leading AI compute innovator and member of the SoftBank Group, is seeking an experienced Senior System Level Test Engineer to join the Product Test and Diagnostics (PTD) department. This role focuses on developing and deploying comprehensive System Level Test (SLT) solutions for next-generation AI processors.
You will work at the intersection of hardware, software, validation, and manufacturing teams to create test content, automation frameworks, diagnostics tools, and characterization capabilities that support silicon bring-up, yield learning, and manufacturing deployment. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining SLT test content and automation workloads for silicon bring-up and manufacturing readiness; executing characterization studies, voltage/frequency margining, reliability screening, and performance correlation activities; analyzing results to identify improvement opportunities; and supporting the development and deployment of SLT hardware including test boards, sockets, instrumentation, and thermal solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical foundations in semiconductor test and validation, excellent debug and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated passion for improving product quality and manufacturability. You should have experience with test automation, hardware characterization, and cross-functional collaboration in complex technical environments.
