The company enables partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences worldwide, supporting US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options trading. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Lithuania, you will enhance the reliability and performance of the Brokerage-as-a-Service platform during 24/7 critical operations. This role demands a proactive approach to managing technical challenges and system optimizations aligned with global operational strategies. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing enhancements to support workflows, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements - Handling technical escalations, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure rapid response during non-traditional hours - Administering incident and change management policies - Coordinating incident resolution efforts and implementing change management protocols to maintain system reliability during critical operations - Collaborating with the New York office to ensure smooth operations and alignment of SRE practices across time zones Required qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a senior SRE role or similar position with deep expertise in site reliability engineering and operations - Working knowledge of REST APIs and API integration - Python proficiency and scripting skills for automation and system management - SQL and transactional database expertise including querying and troubleshooting - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated root cause analysis abilities - Availability for flexible work hours and willingness to cover US market trading sessions with L2 on-call coverage - Knowledge of change management processes and risk management Preferred qualifications include AWS cloud services experience (IAM, EC2, S3, DynamoDB) and understanding of cloud architecture best practices.
