Filevine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its engineering team. The company is a Legal AI platform that delivers Legal Operating Intelligence, combining data, documents, workflows, and teams into a unified system for modern legal work. Powered by LOIS (Legal Operating Intelligence System), Filevine helps legal professionals and teams work with greater clarity and consistency by automating complexity and surfacing actionable insights across legal matters.
As a Senior SRE, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that keep Filevine's platform reliable, scalable, and performant. You will work on critical infrastructure challenges including system reliability, observability, incident response, and deployment automation. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the platform meets high availability and performance standards while supporting rapid feature development.
Key responsibilities include: architecting and implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions; designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure; responding to and resolving production incidents; optimizing system performance and cost efficiency; establishing SRE best practices and runbooks; and mentoring junior engineers on reliability principles.
