Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 / annual
Arkestro is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company applying AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise procurement. The Predictive Procurement Platform helps large enterprises move from reactive supplier bidding to data-driven negotiations that reduce friction and improve outcomes.
As Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will own the performance, reliability, and infrastructure of Arkestro's software platform. This is a hands-on technical role with significant ownership and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and setting up new development tools and cloud infrastructure
- Automating and improving development and release processes
- Managing existing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Acting as subject matter expert for infrastructure practices and policies
- Improving reliability, quality, and time-to-market of software solutions
- Measuring and optimizing system performance to stay ahead of customer needs
- Providing operational support and engineering for distributed applications
- Integrating production learnings back into the development lifecycle to prevent recurring incidents
You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and other functions across the company.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 5+ years with AWS products (S3, RDS, Elastic Containers, etc.)
- 5+ years with Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
- 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code
- 3+ years with observability platforms (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
- 6+ months with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling
- 6+ months using AI-native SDLC tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, ability to learn quickly, and ownership mindset
Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus startup equity. Benefits include 100% covered medical/dental/vision (employee), 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, and remote-first work environment.
