We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role combines hands-on development expertise with architecture leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce platforms serving the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement end-to-end Salesforce solution design, contributing to architecture decisions across functional configuration, development, data modeling, and integration
- Analyze complex business challenges to develop Quote-to-Cash solutions including Salesforce Billing, CPQ, Subscriptions, and related processes
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
- Build and deploy custom applications and automation; support code review, testing, and production migrations
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce Billing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs and create technical specifications and system design documents
- Define integration architecture with enterprise applications and data warehouses (Power BI preferred)
- Design and manage integrations, billing systems, and oversee data migration and governance initiatives
- Create and maintain technical documentation, lead technical reviews, and drive architectural decision-making
- Perform application testing, develop custom test suites, coordinate production releases, and support Agile delivery practices
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Billing, CPQ, and custom solution development
- Proven experience designing and developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, batch apex, Lightning Component frameworks, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience mentoring and guiding developers and administrators
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad with weekly office time and work-from-home flexibility. Travel may be required occasionally to support EMEA, USA, and APAC jurisdictions.
