Join auxmoney, one of Europe's leading fintech platforms, as a Senior Salesforce Developer. You will own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions that directly improve the experience of thousands of customers, working at the intersection of tech, product, and business.
Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions across Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data models. You will take technical ownership from design through release, applying clean architecture principles and performance best practices to raise the bar for maintainable code across the platform.
You will design and optimize Lightning Web Components with strong performance and thoughtful interaction patterns, implement robust security and sharing concepts aligned with Salesforce's security model (profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, field-level security), and design resilient integrations via REST, SOAP, platform events, and connectors with strong authentication and error handling.
As a technical authority, you will optimize solutions for scale within Salesforce governor limits, enforce best practices for bulkification, caching, transaction management, and async processing. You will mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming and structured knowledge sharing, partner across Product, Data, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical designs, and strengthen platform reliability through documentation and architectural decision records.
Required qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments with a track record of delivering at scale. Advanced proficiency in Flows, Apex, and object-oriented programming. Deep expertise with Lightning Web Components including lifecycle, reactivity, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of Salesforce's security and sharing model. Experience connecting Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP with OAuth and named credentials. Fluency with Git, pull requests, and CI/CD for Salesforce (Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions). Clear communication in English and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice-to-have skills include German language proficiency, Salesforce certifications (PD I/II, Architect track), experience with managed packages and platform events, and Data Loader/ETL experience.
Work setup: Remote within Germany with collaboration routines designed for fast, aligned, and transparent delivery. Hybrid arrangement with primary office in Düsseldorf.
