In this Senior Salesforce Developer role focused on Field Service, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Field Service solutions that power technician experience and field operations. You'll leverage the latest Salesforce AI capabilities to automate workflows, improve technician productivity, and enhance customer experiences while building scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions.
You are a hands-on Salesforce engineer with deep expertise in Field Service Cloud who embraces AI-assisted development and modern engineering practices. Your responsibilities include:
- Architecting and implementing Salesforce Field Service solutions that address complex operational challenges
- Leveraging Salesforce AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, dispatching, work execution, and resource optimization
- Partnering closely with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intelligent technical solutions
- Building scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions that support growth
- Mentoring junior developers and establishing best practices for Salesforce development
- Optimizing system performance and ensuring data integrity across field operations
