LucidLink is a fast-growing startup enabling teams to instantly access and collaborate on files from anywhere, serving major media and entertainment companies like Paramount, Warner Brothers, Netflix, and Spotify. Founded in 2016, the company has grown to 230+ employees across offices in San Francisco, Sofia, and remote locations globally. This is a foundational hire for a Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing and building the core systems powering LucidLink's revenue engine. You will own hands-on development and delivery of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, flows, integrations, and data modeling. This role bridges technical depth with architectural thinking—you'll move fluidly between designing data models and deploying production code while communicating with RevOps and Finance stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Own all Salesforce development: Apex, triggers, flows, data model, and integration layer - Transition Salesforce platform ownership from managed service provider to in-house, establishing documentation and governance - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Stripe/Recurly billing platform, and engineering provisioning backend - Design and implement a scalable Quote-to-Cash data model supporting four selling motions (Self-Service, Direct Sales, Reseller/MSP, AWS Marketplace) - Reduce billing system complexity by consolidating pricing sprawl and eliminating duplicate logic - Serve as primary technical delivery partner to VP of Revenue Operations - Participate in hiring additional developers and operations specialists as the function grows You'll write production-quality Apex classes and triggers, design forward-looking data models for subscription and usage-based billing, and build REST/webhook integrations with clear system-of-record definitions. Beyond coding, you'll lead requirements discovery sessions, translate business processes into system designs, and partner with Product Engineering on provisioning integration design. This role requires someone who thinks like an architect but executes like a developer—someone who can handle the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment while communicating technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
