LucidLink is a fast-growing startup (founded 2016, 230+ employees) on a mission to make data instantly and securely accessible from anywhere. The company's cloud-based technology enables teams to access files and collaborate from anywhere in a familiar format that works like a local hard drive. Customers include Paramount, Warner Brothers, Epic Games, Spotify, A+E, and Netflix. The company is headquartered in San Francisco with an engineering office in Sofia, Bulgaria, and remote employees across North America, Europe, and Australia.
This is a foundational hire responsible for designing and building the core systems that power LucidLink's revenue engine. As Senior Salesforce Developer for Enterprise Applications, you will own hands-on development and delivery of the Salesforce platform and its integration with Stripe, provisioning systems, and downstream data systems.
You are a senior developer who thinks like an architect—bringing depth to build production-quality Apex and integration code, and breadth to design what should be built before writing a line of it. LucidLink does not yet have the system complexity or team size to justify a dedicated architect role; what they need is someone who can move fluidly between designing a data model in the morning and deploying it in the afternoon, while communicating clearly with RevOps and Finance stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include: owning all Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, flows, data model, integration layer); transitioning Salesforce platform ownership from a managed service provider to in-house with documentation and governance; building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, billing platform (Stripe/Recurly), and engineering provisioning backend; defining and implementing a scalable Quote-to-Cash data model supporting four selling motions; reducing billing system complexity; serving as primary technical delivery partner to VP of Revenue Operations; and participating in hiring as the function matures.
You will write production-quality Apex classes, triggers, and flows; design and maintain the Salesforce data model with forward-looking scalability; build and document REST/webhook-based integrations with clear system-of-record definitions; evaluate and implement automation opportunities; serve as primary technical contact to VP of Revenue Operations; lead requirements discovery sessions; map LucidLink's four selling motions to appropriate QTC data flows; and partner with Product Engineering on provisioning integration design.
