Salary: CAD 115,000 - 130,000 / annual
Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health care through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company operates a global network of clinics and is building an integrated technology platform.
You will join the clinical engineering team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, owning the mapping and optimization of cross-functional workflows across the organization. This role bridges business strategy and technical enablement, focusing on the "why" and business flow before technical development. You will work at the intersection of process improvement and Salesforce platform development, partnering with Product, Sales, Operations, and other business leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Analysis:** Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization. Develop enterprise process maps and work instructions. Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Establish process governance and standards.
**Development:** Engineer and deliver Prenuvo functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud stacks, managing the complete delivery lifecycle from ideation through production deployment. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, providing guidance to engineering teams. Create mockups, prototypes, and leverage no-code Salesforce features to develop solutions.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other groups. Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.
**Process Improvement:** Collaborate on process improvement initiatives. Drive Lean and continuous improvement. Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure performance. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements:**
- 4–5 years of experience in analysis and process improvement roles
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and represent multiple stakeholder interests
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and no-code platform features
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards including HL7 and FHIR
- Understanding of security and access controls, especially for health data
- Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems
- Experience migrating existing business processes to Salesforce
- Ability to prioritize and understand requirements to address underlying needs, not just immediate requests
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins
