Booksy is a rapidly scaling, cloud-based marketplace connecting independent service providers with customers for booking appointments and services. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll serve as an operational co-pilot to cross-functional leadership across Sales, Customer Success, and Product, reporting to the Salesforce Architecture Manager.
Your core responsibilities include owning end-user support and platform adoption across the Salesforce tech stack, translating ambiguous business requirements into structured scope, clear documentation, and actionable next steps. You'll partner directly with internal stakeholders to streamline key workflows, champion data governance to maintain system integrity, and leverage best practices across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) to maximize platform capabilities.
You'll drive high-autonomy, hands-on solutions that deliver positive business outcomes, independently generating user stories, requirements documentation, and assumptions logs without close supervision. You'll prepare for and contribute to engineering refinement and estimation sessions, addressing detailed technical and process questions on the spot.
Key requirements: 6+ years as a Business Analyst with proven track record of independent delivery. Active Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications are mandatory. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce AI required. Strong capability to translate business needs into technical solution designs with deep understanding of systems and automation. Fluent proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace. Excellent creative problem-solving, time management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce, specialized Salesforce consultant certifications, strategic analytical mindset, proactive ownership, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Booksy is distributed globally with a remote-first approach. This role is open to candidates based anywhere in Europe, with flexibility on office access versus fully remote arrangements.
