Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Facebook, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. You will join the Revenue Operations - Technology team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, responsible for managing and scaling the Commercial Salesforce Org. This is a hands-on technical role focused on evolving the Sales Cloud solution to enable commercial teams to scale effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Execute Salesforce configuration changes including Flows, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports, and dashboards - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, user-centric solutions aligned with market best practices - Contribute to platform roadmap creation and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders - Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders - Manage data quality through rules, automation, and proactive data governance - Perform system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimization - Support end users through ticket resolution - Identify underutilized platform features and drive user adoption improvements - Maintain technical documentation Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with hands-on Sales Cloud expertise - Strong knowledge of Flows, SOQL, integration patterns, security, and authentication - Basic understanding of Triggers, Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services, and APIs - Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions with user experience focus - Proven autonomy in project management and decision-making with desire for growth - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity with track record of successful outcomes - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams - Plus: Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations Full-time, in-office position in Amsterdam. Relocation required if outside the Netherlands.
