The Business Innovation team is transforming how 300+ commercial and operations professionals work by placing Salesforce at the heart of the business. This Senior Salesforce Administrator role sits within that team and is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives that power Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations teams. Key responsibilities include: driving intake, analysis, and execution of Salesforce change requests; acting as point of contact for complex platform issues; leading the full lifecycle of enhancements from requirements through deployment; owning configuration of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud including custom objects, automation logic, validation rules, and reporting; managing technical debt and platform scalability; leading integration implementation and optimization between Salesforce and internal/external systems; delivering training and enablement materials; partnering with cross-functional teams; creating reports and dashboards; supporting UAT and user onboarding; and identifying automation opportunities using Flow and approval workflows. Required qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience with strong knowledge of Flows and declarative tools; ability to balance technical debt, speed, and clean design in a fast-paced environment; experience in cross-functional teams working with sales, operations, and support stakeholders; agile environment experience (Asana); proactive and outcome-focused mindset; understanding of process automation tools; reporting and dashboard creation skills; and Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on credibility. Bonus qualifications include experience with AI/automation and Ops teams, development capacity (Apex, Lightning Web Components), Salesforce integrations with business systems, and additional certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
