You will join as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, serving as a strategic partner to sales leadership and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on territory planning, revenue operations support, and process improvement to optimize sales effectiveness and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Planning & Management:
- Design and maintain sales territories based on market analysis, account concentration, and growth potential
- Conduct periodic territory reviews and rebalancing to ensure equitable workload distribution and revenue opportunity alignment
- Collaborate with sales leadership to establish territory assignments and support territory transitions
- Document and maintain territory hierarchy, rules, and change logs for audit compliance
Revenue Operations Support:
- Support compensation, quota, and incentive processes, including calculations, reconciliation, and reporting
- Maintain data integrity across CRM, territory management, and related systems
- Reconcile data across systems to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Support audit and compliance reviews related to territory and compensation accuracy
Process Improvement:
- Identify and document process gaps, errors, and inefficiencies in territory and revenue operations
- Recommend and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy
The role is detail-oriented and analytical, requiring strong data management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. You will be part of a remote-first, mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, built on authenticity, transparency, and trust.
