Zscaler is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise to join its Sales Engineering team in Gurgaon, India. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Engineering, you will be a technical leader driving enterprise cloud security solutions for complex customer challenges.
In this role, you will provide technical thought leadership to enterprise customers on digital transformation, taking total ownership of the technical sales process. You will identify and qualify technical opportunities while building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders. You will deliver impactful sales pitches, technical presentations, and whiteboard sessions to ensure successful deployments.
You will work within a global group of professionals passionate about cloud security and Zero Trust architecture. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning. You will thrive in ambiguity, act as an owner, and embrace a challenge culture with ongoing feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 15+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or systems integrator
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and managing routers, switches, and network security technologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience demonstrating or architecting enterprise cloud security platforms utilizing AI-powered threat prevention, automated anomaly detection, or predictive data defense capabilities
- Proficiency with GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML protocols
- Deep understanding of HTTP, web security technologies (proxies, firewalls), and direct experience managing macOS, UNIX/Linux, and Windows systems
