UiPath is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join its Professional Services team in Bangalore. In this role, you will partner with enterprise customers and partners to unlock the full potential of the UiPath Automation Platform, developing, testing, and deploying world-class automation robots that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath Studio, leveraging coding agents like Autopilot and other advanced tools
- Select and implement appropriate components from the UiPath Product Suite
- Deliver solution designs during customer deployments, POCs, and implementation phases
- Develop custom workflows and activities using VB.NET/C#
- Own testing cycles and quality assurance
- Provide technical training, demos, and ongoing support to new and existing clients
- Mentor junior developers on the team
You bring 7+ years of IT industry experience with a strong coding background, plus a minimum of 4 years developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows. You have hands-on expertise with UiPath's full product suite including Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Document Understanding, and Orchestration frameworks. You're proficient in multiple programming languages (VB.NET, C#, Python, Java, VBA, or equivalent) and understand prompt engineering best practices. Experience with Mainframe, SAP, or Citrix automation is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) and generative AI concepts. UiPath certifications are preferred. You communicate clearly, stay current with UiPath releases, and ideally have experience leading technical teams.
