The company operates AI-powered factories with robotic systems already in production, fabricating real structures and generating operational data across multiple facilities.
We are seeking a Senior Robotics Software Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to developing cutting-edge solutions for core robotic manufacturing technologies. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant architectural ownership and mentorship responsibilities.
In this position, you will:
- Design and develop software systems for robotic manufacturing platforms
- Own architectural decisions for key components of the robotics stack
- Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team
- Collaborate with AI researchers, roboticists, factory operators, and production teams
- Work on real-world robotic systems operating in production environments
- Contribute to the technical direction of the company's manufacturing automation
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in robotics software development, strong systems thinking, and experience working on production-grade robotic systems. You should be comfortable with the intersection of hardware, software, and AI, and excited about the opportunity to scale manufacturing through robotics.
