GoTo Group, Southeast Asia's largest digital ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst for GoPay Lending to join the Credit Risk team. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing credit risk across the lending portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key merchant risk metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Evaluate and optimize current credit risk policies to ensure robust portfolio health and effective risk mitigation
- Leverage SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets, driving continuous strategy enhancements and executing them via decision engines
- Partner with cross-functional business teams to guide and support data-driven lending decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk dashboards to facilitate accurate, real-time reporting for stakeholders
- Facilitate periodic credit reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance and uphold risk standards
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the Credit Risk team to enhance overall operational efficiency

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of credit risk principles and lending products
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
