Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Cyber business line is a new division focused on enabling offensive cyber missions using Anduril's fleet of autonomous vehicles, Lattice OS, mesh networks, and hardware products. This role is a Senior RF Systems Engineer responsible for end-to-end RF and system architecture across the cyber product portfolio. You will own architecture trade studies spanning hardware, software, DSP, integration, and operational constraints. Key responsibilities include developing requirements, verification strategies, and interface definitions that maintain technical coherence across complex programs. You will lead technical reviews and customer-facing discussions, driving integration problem-solving across lab, field, and production contexts while balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and schedule. You will serve as a player-coach technical leader, moving fluidly between deep technical details and broader program-level tradeoffs. This is a hands-on senior role requiring strong systems engineering expertise in RF, digital, or mixed-signal systems with demonstrated ownership of architecture and integration outcomes. Required qualifications include strong experience in systems engineering for RF systems, demonstrated skill in requirements development and verification planning, broad RF systems understanding (receiver/transmitter chains, timing/synchronization), ability to lead technical trade studies, experience working directly with customers in technical reviews, hands-on problem-solving across software/hardware/networking boundaries, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with reverse engineering legacy systems, FPGA/SoC-based platforms, qualification/compliance-oriented verification environments, mentoring engineers or leading small technical teams, and a track record of productization-oriented decision making.
