Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified user experience and operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
You will join the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically the Sales Effectiveness sub-team, which drives critical initiatives across Sales, Product, and Finance. This team directly impacts customer acquisition cost—one of Alan's most closely watched metrics.
In this role, you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end: from strategy and design through execution, adoption, and change management. You'll work across the full sales organization (Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, Customer Success) to identify gaps in sales processes and design smarter, more automated workflows. Recent examples include automating slide deck generation (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outbound system achieving 15% discovery rates.
You'll spend meaningful time in the field observing sales processes, then design solutions using a modern stack: low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase. Key responsibilities include evaluating new tools, running tests, rolling out solutions, and driving adoption through shadowing, training, and iterative refinement.
The role operates across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, with hybrid flexibility and office hubs in multiple cities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness, with several years hands-on building sales infrastructure
- End-to-end ownership of initiatives (scope, design, build, measure)
- Strong project management and ownership mindset; comfortable running complex initiatives
- Hands-on builder mentality
- Proven change management experience: shadowing, training, measuring adoption, iterating
- Ability to write and own SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling)
- Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
- Direct Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, flows); can articulate what you personally built
- Ability to build and maintain pipelines producing actionable, business-impacting insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced English proficiency
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
