Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across Europe and Canada, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience and is building a global leader with 1000+ employees.
You'll join the Business Strategy & Operations team, specifically the Sales Effectiveness sub-team, which drives critical initiatives across Sales, Product, and Finance. This team directly impacts one of Alan's most watched metrics: customer acquisition cost.
In this role, you'll own revenue operations initiatives end-to-end—from strategy and design through execution and adoption—across the full sales organization (Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, Customer Success). You'll work across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying gaps in sales processes by spending time in the field, then designing smarter workflows that eliminate steps and increase automation
- Owning the full lifecycle of effectiveness initiatives: roadmap setting, solution design, building, execution, and change management
- Evaluating new tools and technologies, running tests, and rolling out what works
- Working primarily with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase
- Driving enablement: shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating until change sticks
- Building and maintaining pipelines that produce actionable insights with clear business impact
Recent examples of impact include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours/year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine achieving 15% discovery rate.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness, with proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure)
- Strong ownership and project management skills; comfortable running initiatives independently
- Builder mindset with hands-on approach
- Demonstrated expertise in change management: shadowing, training, measuring adoption, iterating
- Proficiency writing and owning SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling)
- Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, flows); ability to articulate what you personally built vs. what integrators/others did
- Ability to build and maintain pipelines producing actionable insights with clear business impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Based in or willing to relocate to: Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
