Alan is a prevention-focused health insurance company serving 1M+ members across 40K+ companies, with €800M+ ARR. The company integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a unified user experience and operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will join the Sales Effectiveness team within Business Strategy & Operations, which sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance. This team drives critical initiatives across the sales organization spanning Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. Your mission is to optimize sales organization performance and drive down customer acquisition cost. In this role, you will own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end: setting roadmap, designing solutions, building them, driving execution, and managing organizational change. You'll spend meaningful time in the field identifying gaps in sales processes, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works across the organization. You'll work primarily with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase. Recent examples of impact include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours annually) and building an AI-powered outbound machine achieving 15% discovery rates. Enablement is core to the role: you'll shadow teams, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness, with several years spent hands-on building the sales machine; you own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure) - Strong ownership and project management skills; comfortable running initiatives independently - Builder mindset with hands-on orientation - Proven confidence with change management: shadowing, training, measuring adoption, iterating - Ability to write and own SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them - Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows - Personal hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, flows); can articulate what you personally built vs. what integrators or other teams built - Ability to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights with clear business impact - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) - Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid, or Barcelona
