As Senior Revenue Operations Manager for Fund Administration, you will be the operational backbone connecting Fund Administration, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll own the systems, processes, and reporting that keep the business aligned and moving fast.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the dedicated RevOps partner for Fund Administration, ensuring cross-departmental alignment on priorities and execution
- Own Salesforce CRM health, data quality, workflow configuration, and process governance
- Design and optimize the end-to-end renewal workflow, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Manage forecasting processes including pipeline reviews, forecast roll-ups, and reporting cadences
- Design and continuously improve revenue processes (lead routing, opportunity management, territory/quota administration, expansion deal workflows)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, renewals, and revenue performance
- Establish rules of engagement for Fund Administration's cross-functional interactions and serve as escalation point
- Partner cross-functionally to align on shared metrics, definitions, and operating rhythms (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecast calls)
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to orchestrate multi-step workflows reducing manual RevOps tasks
- Identify and prioritize process automation and tooling improvements across the revenue tech stack
- Support pricing, packaging, sales compensation, territory design, and quota-setting processes
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM/Business Operations role
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales motion
- Experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or complex services-driven revenue motion
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with understanding of data structure and process design impact
- Experience owning end-to-end renewal and/or expansion workflows with documentation and cross-functional alignment
- Experience managing forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data/reporting tools (Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, advanced Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear processes and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence across teams
- AI fluency: demonstrated use of AI tools like Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows across multiple tools (CRM, spreadsheets, BI tools) with ability to describe at least one recurring revenue process redesigned around AI-assisted execution and its team-level impact
Nice to have:
- Experience with GTM tooling (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay)
- Experience building lightweight automations or integrations (Zapier, no-code tools, basic scripting)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
