This is a builder role focused on shaping how go-to-market teams learn, ramp, and improve.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and lead the GTM Enablement function, setting vision for onboarding, training, and continuous learning with an AI-native framework (AI-based pitch review, certification, etc.)
- Design and run training and certification programs for GTM teams; audit rep readiness and drive completion in partnership with GTM and RevOps leadership
- Build onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers targeting time-to-productivity benchmarks, working with Customer Education on content production
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product on launches and campaigns, translating positioning and feature updates into training and content
- Collaborate with managers and subject-matter experts to curate and refine training content into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Monitor GTM performance, gather feedback, and launch targeted learning programs to close knowledge gaps
- Support frontline coaching by surfacing insights from call libraries and equipping managers for rep development
- Manage learning systems including the GTM content hub and LMS, keeping resources organized and current
- Report enablement impact in outcome terms: ramp time, certification completion, content adoption, and performance measures
- Own the seam between RevOps process and adoption: translate processes into role-based training so GTM teams actually use them
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards connecting enablement activity to GTM performance; contribute to broader RevOps reporting
- Help design, document, and improve revenue processes including opportunity management, team handoffs, and playbooks
- Take on discrete RevOps projects as needed, scoped with your manager
- Use AI tools to synthesize source material (recordings, transcripts, slides), accelerate content creation, extract insights, and personalize learning
- Orchestrate multi-step workflows across tools to reduce manual work on recurring tasks
- Own and further define Sales Enablement Harness and associated substrates
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales motion
- Exceptional ability to translate large volumes of complex information into clear, engaging, actionable content
- Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding, or certification programs for a GTM team
- Proven project management and organizational skills; comfortable balancing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a knack for clarity and concision
- Proficiency in Salesforce: can build reports and dashboards, pull and interpret data, understand how CRM structure shapes reporting

- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
- Learning-oriented mindset; curious, proactive, eager to understand new subjects and processes deeply
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools without writing code, producing reusable, structured outputs
- Preferred: Experience with GTM tooling such as Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, or an LMS platform
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or related field
