The Senior Revenue Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone for Certn's global revenue organization, responsible for systems, processes, governance, and reporting that enable Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to operate efficiently and scale effectively.
Key responsibilities include owning HubSpot CRM administration globally—developing and maintaining CRM standards, workflows, automations, reporting, and user permissions across the entire customer lifecycle from prospecting through renewals and customer success. The role drives CRM adoption through training, documentation, and best practices while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Pipeline governance is critical: the role monitors company records and deal hygiene, ensures accurate forecasting, manages pipeline quality and stage progression, and identifies process improvements that simplify selling while improving reporting accuracy. Close partnership with Finance produces accurate pipeline reporting, bookings metrics, forecasting, and executive dashboards. The role develops and maintains KPI reporting for Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and the Board, providing data-driven insights that support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
Additional responsibilities include calculating quarterly sales commissions in accordance with approved compensation plans, validating bookings, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining commission reporting. The role prepares materials and recommendations for the Sales Compensation Committee and ensures consistent application of approved policies.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Revenue Operations or CRM Administration experience with a focus on system administration and operational execution. Advanced HubSpot administration expertise is required, along with experience partnering with Sales and Finance on forecasting, reporting, and operational processes. Strong analytical skills, dashboard building, and executive reporting experience are essential. The candidate should demonstrate ability to influence and drive behavioral change within sales teams through collaboration. Experience with sales compensation administration, CRM integrations with third-party tools, and supporting global SaaS organizations is highly valued. As a global role, flexibility for occasional early morning or evening meetings across time zones is required.
