As Senior Revenue Enablement Manager for EMEA, you will be the strategic enablement partner driving revenue team performance across the region. This is a high-autonomy role reporting to EMEA Revenue Leadership, responsible for designing and executing both global enablement initiatives and region-specific programs that accelerate sales execution in complex enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with EMEA Revenue Leadership to understand business priorities, team performance gaps, and enablement needs
- Build trusted relationships with sales leadership and cross-functional partners across the revenue organization
- Diagnose capability gaps in industry knowledge, product expertise, sales methodology, and role-specific skills
- Design and prioritize a regional enablement roadmap that connects global initiatives to EMEA-specific needs
- Create and deliver enablement programs, workshops, and learning experiences that improve sales execution
- Support regional onboarding and field reinforcement of new skills and behaviors
- Measure program effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine priorities as the business evolves
- Collaborate with global Revenue Enablement partners to maintain alignment across regions
Vanta operates offices in San Francisco, New York, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney, with hybrid flexibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or equivalent role
- Proven experience supporting EMEA-specific sales teams and markets
- Track record supporting global sales organizations across Early Stage through Upmarket segments
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering sales methodology enablement
- SaaS experience required; technical product background preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills to identify capability gaps and translate them into focused enablement priorities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across varied audiences
- Strong business partnership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and build credibility with senior sales leaders
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work to amplify skills, with curiosity and sound judgment in responsible AI application
