Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,750 / annual

You will join the Neuroscience research team as a Senior Research Associate I, serving as a key player in executing experiments to support target discovery and validation for Parkinson's disease. This role is well-suited for a candidate with a passion for scientific exploration and hands-on laboratory work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute biochemical and cell-based assays to support Parkinson's disease drug discovery
- Conduct experiments using cell culture, molecular biology, and high-content imaging techniques
- Participate in troubleshooting experiments, optimizing protocols, and addressing technical challenges to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Maintain organized and comprehensive records of experiments, results, and protocols in adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in maintenance, procurement, and inventory management of laboratory equipment and supplies
- Uphold a culture of safety by strictly following laboratory protocols and promoting best practices in accordance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:
- Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience in Biology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
- Demonstrated excellence in cell culture techniques; experience with primary neuronal cultures, iPSC-derived cells, and/or complex co-culture model systems is a plus
- Demonstrated excellence in standard cell biology, biochemistry, and protein detection and quantification techniques (such as ELISA and MSD)
- Experience with high-content imaging analysis (Harmony, ImageJ, MetaXpress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate research findings effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new experimental and analytical approaches
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Willingness to play a role in day-to-day activities supporting general laboratory tasks
- Experience handling 96- and 384-well assay formats and/or automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Bravo, EL406) is a plus
