Recorded Future, a leading global intelligence company serving 1,900+ clients worldwide, is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to join its renewals organization covering the ASEAN and ANZ regions. You will be responsible for retaining and growing renewal revenue across your assigned territory while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 50–75 customer accounts, driving contract renewals and retention. You'll work closely with Account Directors, Customer Success teams, Channel Partners, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve renewal revenue targets. Your key responsibilities include negotiating and protecting renewal revenue streams, ensuring on-time and accurate renewals, maintaining accurate deal progression in Salesforce, and leveraging internal and external relationships to drive positive outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Experience in a competitive, sales-driven environment with a proven track record of high achievement
- SaaS or High Tech sales experience preferred
- Security industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with both Channel Sales and Direct Sales valued
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively in multiple regional languages is a plus (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher desirable
- Must demonstrate positivity, can-do attitude, flexibility, and curiosity
