Datadog is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across the Asia Pacific region. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing talent while building strategic relationships with hiring leaders across multiple business organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt, identify, screen, and assess talent to match open roles across the region
- Partner with organizational leaders to strategically plan hiring across multiple business units
- Develop strategies to build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines for roles of varying complexity, supporting high-volume hiring
- Create and refine messaging, job descriptions, and external-facing content/events to improve talent acquisition
- Stay current with recruiting strategies, market movements, and company changes
- Ensure candidates and hiring managers have excellent interview experiences through high-touch relationship building
- Enhance recruitment processes by revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and mastering the Greenhouse ATS
- Proactively solve regional challenges and collaborate with cross-functional partners within recruiting and the broader people team

Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech companies
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Superior skills in selling value propositions, negotiating, and closing candidates
- Ability to operate with urgency across all stages of the recruiting cycle
- Successfully navigate evolving processes and adapt to change
