Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 / annual

The company is hiring Senior Quality Engineers to join the Quality Assurance and Release Engineering team, working on products serving pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.
In this role, you will own functional and automation testing of software across various life sciences products, ensuring customer success with every release. You'll work in an agile, small-team environment with a focus on speed and quality. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive testing documentation (test plans, test cases, scripts, bug reports), mentoring junior QA engineers in methodologies and best practices, and developing deep product expertise. You'll collaborate closely with the automation group to expand regression coverage, work with software engineers and product managers in cross-functional Agile teams, and conduct QA testing while verifying outcomes within established timelines.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience including software development and/or test automation; strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and approaches (black-box and automated testing) in fast-release-cycle environments; proven ability writing and automating test cases covering sanity, boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency testing; working knowledge of SQL database queries; strong Unix/Linux command-line expertise for log analysis; proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman); strong communication skills; and coding experience in Java and/or mobile languages.
Nice-to-have skills include SQL expertise, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), automated test frameworks (Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG), modern software development practices, SaaS/Agile experience, remote-team collaboration, life sciences industry background, mobile testing/automation (Appium, XCUI, Espresso, KIF), and mobile app development (Android/iOS).
