As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be a technical leader within Matillion's engineering organization, bringing demonstrable expertise in quality assurance and testing practices. Your core responsibilities include:
- Providing technical guidance on quality practices and testing strategies to development teams

- Supporting the overall quality journey and maturity within the Engineering function
- Working within small, cross-functional development teams focused on specific themes and initiatives
- Collaborating with engineers at various skill levels to elevate quality standards
