As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Circadia's healthcare AI platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across the company's contactless sensing technology, predictive models, and enterprise integrations. Your work will directly impact patient safety and care outcomes in post-acute settings.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automated and manual test plans, validating the accuracy and reliability of medical-grade sensing and AI predictions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, collaborating with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and establishing best practices for QA processes across the organization. You will work on complex systems that integrate with multiple healthcare workflows and require rigorous validation.
