Delinea is a cloud-native Identity Security Platform that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. The company secures identities across cloud infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI systems with 99.995% uptime and significantly fewer resources required than competitors.
You'll join the Business Analysis, KPI, and Alerting team—a core area of the Delinea platform focused on data consumption, modeling, aggregation, and operational insights. This team builds powerful analytics and alerting solutions across a complex microservice ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include architecting and developing secure microservices, data aggregations, data models, and analytics pipelines. You'll work with diverse data stores including Cosmos DB (document), Azure SQL (relational), Janus/ArangoDB (graph), and Azure Data Explorer (big data). You'll optimize data flows from SQL tuning to map/reduce strategies, implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and develop CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. You'll also conduct code reviews, mentor engineering peers, and drive innovation in AI-assisted automation and context-aware security.
The role requires 5+ years of backend development in Python, cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS), microservices and Kubernetes expertise, and strong database design skills across relational and NoSQL systems. You'll need proficiency in Terraform for Azure, experience integrating AI/ML systems (Model Context Protocol or similar), and a deep understanding of distributed systems, observability, and security. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field is required.
You'll report to the team's engineering manager and work hybrid in Mexico City (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at the Reforma office.
