Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Proposals and Capture Manager to lead the full proposal lifecycle for autonomous maritime defense programs. This hands-on role oversees proposal development from initiation through submission, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition standards and strategic alignment with client objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the entire proposal process, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, contracts, operations, executive leadership), developing winning narratives that integrate technical and financial information, and ensuring all documentation meets RFX standards and regulations. You will serve as the central coordinator for proposal strategy, competitive analysis, and timeline management across multiple concurrent submissions. The role requires demonstrated experience managing both direct reports and matrixed contributors without direct authority, holding teams accountable to aggressive proposal schedules. You will work directly with subject matter experts to refine concepts into persuasive, high-quality content and manage competing priorities across traditional and non-traditional DoD acquisition pathways (FAR-based procurements, OTAs, CSOs). Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Writing, or related field; 3-5 years of proposal/capture management experience supporting DoD programs with preference for NAVSEA or U.S. Navy experience; demonstrated people management experience; and proven ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying complex information to clients and internal stakeholders. Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred. U.S. Person status is required due to export-controlled information access.
