Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Proposals and Capture Manager to lead the full proposal lifecycle for autonomous maritime defense programs. This hands-on role requires direct experience supporting DoD acquisition organizations, particularly NAVSEA, Army, SOCOM, and similar entities.
You will oversee all phases of proposal development from initiation through submission, ensuring compliance with RFX standards and alignment with client objectives. The role demands proactive coordination across engineering, finance, supply chain, contracts, and executive leadership to synthesize diverse inputs into compelling, strategically positioned proposals.
Key responsibilities include managing proposal schedules and deliverables, developing winning narratives that integrate technical and financial information, analyzing bid requirements and competitor approaches, and maintaining meticulous documentation. You will guide both direct reports and matrixed cross-functional contributors, holding teams accountable to tight timelines while managing multiple concurrent proposals.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Writing, or related field; 3–5 years of DoD proposal/capture management experience with preference for Navy/NAVSEA background; demonstrated people management and performance development experience; ability to lead direct reports and matrix teams; experience with FAR-based procurements, OTAs, and CSOs; strong written and verbal communication; exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Active TS/SCI clearance preferred. U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled information access.
