Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead implementation projects for healthcare and life sciences customers. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery across discovery, design, build, and configuration phases, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams through complex implementations, developing comprehensive project plans aligned with stakeholder objectives, managing timelines and budgets per Statement of Work, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. You will own day-to-day operational aspects, create and maintain project deliverables (status reports, project plans, RAID logs, burn reports), and manage scope changes through the change order process.
The role requires building strong relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities and develop industry networks. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure services align with project plans. Additional responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, participating in customer training, and conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement best practices.
This is a fully remote position requiring EST time zone overlap (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST). The ideal candidate brings strong professional project management experience, ideally in life sciences or healthcare, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
