You will join the Client Success team as Senior Project Manager, Implementation, owning complex software implementations from kickoff through go-live. You'll serve as the primary bridge between internal teams (Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, Support) and external clients, ensuring successful, on-time launches on fast-paced 6–12 week timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of 10–20 concurrent software implementation projects, balancing multi-system integrations with standard deliveries
- Driving clear client communication, proactive risk mitigation, and team accountability throughout project lifecycles
- Configuring client applications using no-code flow builders and conducting rigorous quality assurance testing
- Preparing annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions prior to release
- Scaling implementation operations by developing SOPs, creating integrated template project plans, and optimizing internal tools and discovery processes
- Coaching and mentoring Associate and Project Manager-level team members
Required qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, with expertise in multi-product rollouts and complex, multi-system integrations
- Proven track record building standard SOPs and project templates that streamlined implementation lifecycles
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products
Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in pharma/life sciences, healthcare technology or marketing agency background, and mentoring experience.
