Zscaler is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Professional Services to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing cybersecurity projects. Based in Mohali (hybrid), this role reports to the Manager of Professional Services and requires working aligned with US time zones to support American enterprise customers.
You will manage complex, concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, and optimization services. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Managing multiple concurrent customer engagements with cross-functional coordination (technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, customer leadership)
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and executive communications
• Driving effective governance through steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates
• Leveraging AI technologies to support service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes

**Requirements:**
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your functional domain
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience leveraging AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or automation frameworks to optimize resource allocation and streamline professional services delivery
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and use cases relevant to service delivery or customer transformation
• Experience delivering large, complex projects with multiple workstreams
