Salary: USD 85,000 - 130,000 / annual
Enverus, a leading energy-dedicated SaaS company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for utility, telecommunications, and government clients. You will spearhead the delivery of complex solutions including AutoCAD-based design and integrations with ERP, EAM, and GIS applications, managing multiple medium-to-large projects while building strong client relationships.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through completion, including effort estimation, solution architecture, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, risk management, and change control
- Manage project schedules, costs, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as the central point of contact between business and technical teams, managing multiple work streams
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, proactively managing expectations and scope
- Identify and mitigate project risks with timely resolution
- Support SOW creation, resource planning, and client presentations
- Lead and mentor other Project Manager resources to drive organizational excellence
- Identify business development opportunities to grow client portfolios

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional services project management experience, with focus on system integrations, data solutions, or IT strategy
- Consulting or professional services experience preferred
- Client-facing project management experience preferred
- Experience in utilities or energy sectors is a plus
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers is a plus
- Effective communication skills and experience managing client expectations with escalation and mitigation tactics
- Proven ability to guide technical and functional teams to deliver projects successfully
- Experience managing projects using MS Project and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and planning skills with history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive management
- Proven ability to manage conflict with positive results and negotiate scope effectively
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, event-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills and proactive, self-starting mindset
- Ability to create team vision and motivate teams to achieve common goals
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification is a bonus but not required
