Intellect is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Consultant to join their Client Success team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a small number of key strategic and large client accounts, responsible for delivering their mental health benefits platform and managing long-term relationships.
This is a high-touch, strategic role blending project management, account management, and consulting. You will own end-to-end delivery of the platform to clients, working closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, clinical, design) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Owning platform delivery and managing day-to-day client relationships with regular updates and issue resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions meeting specific client needs
- Developing and executing mental health benefits programs tailored to each client's unique requirements
- Driving adoption and usage by developing deep understanding of each client's business
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure program success and inform product roadmap improvements
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation across the platform
- Executing proactive key account management and sales campaigns focused on revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
- 3-8 years of experience in management consulting or account management, preferably in healthcare, HR, change management, organizational management, or benefits
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and account management with large, complex projects
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and execute strategic vision for clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong accountability and ownership
- Familiarity with mental health benefits and related industries is a plus
- Open to candidates in Malaysia (hybrid), Philippines (remote), and Indonesia (remote)
