As Senior Program Manager for SDR Enablement, you will drive the success of Rippling's Sales Development Representative teams through comprehensive enablement programs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives, from analysis and gap identification through project management, content development, execution, reinforcement, and measurement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver enablement programs that drive SDR team performance
- Analyzing sales calls and processes to identify skill gaps and training opportunities
- Developing and executing training content and programs tailored to SDR needs
- Managing program timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
- Measuring program effectiveness and iterating based on results
- Collaborating with sales leadership, product, and other teams to ensure enablement aligns with business priorities
